Oh I've fallen in love with the scrambler pistol during this weekend. I decided to invest my 1M SP in AV so I have an assualt fit with a SW and a pistol. The pistol was fitted just as a cheap default as I'm not so good with SMG.
But then something happened.
I was camped as a defender facing the attacker's SW CRU and taking out the installations and vehicles (behind a wall with a nanohive). They got pissed at me and started sending infantry. I thought I was screwed but then I started dancing for my life and switched to the pistol. I rocked! Took out 3 mercs and continued with the AV.
That was the most awsome experience I've had to date. I love the pistol now!
Edit: And it was just the plain standard pistol too. Unbelieveable! |

Anyone else find it weird that even though the burst does less damage, it has the same amount of ammo total |

The range for scrambler pistols really is impressive, to give an idea you can melt the head of a noob sniper camping on the rooftop of the largest building on Communications from the ground. Takes a couple of shots though |
