as title says; i am curious about this skill. Does it work like the shield management one (at increase recharge, like proto assault is 25, am makes it close to 29-32 when upgraded), or does it only affect the repair tool, as im debating if i wana put the mil point i got into it or not ? |

I believe it affects the active armor repair modules on vehicles. However, I do no think it affects the passive armor rep modules that dropsuits use, nor does it affect the repair tool |

The skill currently does not appear to cause any sort of change to the armor repair rate of repair modules for dropsuit, at least now in the fitting screen. However if it ever does, the increase probably won't be very noticeable, since +15% to a repair rate of 2 or 3 wont make much of a difference since the base value is so small.
Shield Operations is a more effective skill since the base shield recharge rate is larger, making the added percentage gain much larger. However for vehicle modules, where a repair module is repping at 300+ HP a cycle, 15% is very significant, which is why the skill is so important for vehicle drivers. |

Ahhh, tnx for the info, guess i wont progress the skill anymore past lv2 then, as im not a tanker
Guess id like to see a variant for it, that is like plus 3% for vehicles, and plus 5% for ds, as then might make a difference or something |

True, I'll admit I have not actually testing a %HP gain per second with the skill yet for dropsuits. |
