If I were to see this topic on the General Discussion list I would click it hoping to find some juicy info regarding the beta weekend that is upon us....
So.....
Anyone have any of the aforementioned info?
Any news on IRC, Twitter, Forums, blogs, Denny's back alley conversation?
What's going on this weekend?
Because if it's just Plateau Skirmish again...oh man, I will probably try but not sure I can bring it like in the past several weeks. |

I"m no developer but from my lay-gamer's perspective, if CCP has a much advanced build in house, they could 'plug in' any part or parts they like.
Grouping, map mixing, economy, whatever!
I bet it might be a bit more complex than just that but if ANYTHING is different tomorrow I'll be happy.
Mostly I'd be happy if they surprised me with the full open beta release tomorrow for our closed beta community to test for a week until open starts on, what is it... 11AUG.
Yeah, that's a good idea. CCP? Can we do that please? |

I for one would find it hilarious if they didn't change anything this weekend ~ Just eat my popcorn and watch the forums burn with flames brighter then a thousand suns...

What on earth has led you to the (completely wrong) assumption that open beta starts Aug 11th? Open beta is something that happens 2 weeks to a month before final release, and exists almost solely for testing server loads and connectivity. Much as i like Dust, it's no where near ready for that. |

Really ? So is mine actually, funny coincidence. 
There was a bloob from Dev on EvE test server forums that they are busy with preparing EvE-dust link so I feel confident that we will see a new build this month maybe even with the next mirror.
Also my original beta key (offer) was to expire somewhere in this month so who knows. |

Only thing I am looking forward to this weekend is the CSM minutes getting released and hopefully getting drunk.
