Scenario: Enemy dropship landed near me. I place explosives on it to blow it up. It blows up before I can detonate. I detonate anyway. Go back to objective A to drop explosives and nothing happens. I try my assault rifle and to my surprise I now have unlimited ammo. I held down fire button to test it out and about a minute later I got booted to the home screen. |

I've had this happend a couple of times.
I presume that the problem occures when you (the client) loses connection with the game servers. All enemys or teammates will be frozen in the position they had when the connection was lost.
The reason for the boot to home screen is that the connection eventually times out.
It might not even be a bug with the game it self, but a problem with the connection between you and CCP's severs.

That's exactly what it is.
I was actually on comms once when this happened but the comms continued working just fine. Everyone was complaining about it freezing. Was funny.  |

kind of off topic but i have noticed when people in the game start tryping to use these bugs the game will time up back to merc quarters.
Was playing against 3 people in scout gear running so fast they were just poping around the map, not even taking steps. Then someone on that same team decided to fly the dropship up to where you cant see it and just hover and shoot down at people. So i keep playing end up get lik 18/2 then the MCC docks and i get kicked back to the Merc Headquarters, no SP no ISk no K/dr increase. So it was a good waste of 20 minutes.....
Game was also really laggy |

Its a disconnect plain and simple you can explore past the red zone the same way |
