This one does not seem to compute (lol) for me. I can see light and heavy weapons since you can say they are drawing power from, and tying into the onboard targetting systems of your dropsuit. A hand grenade, however, should do neither, its low quantity that can be carried on the suit and throwing range limitation should be enough for this weapon.
Unless you come up with something like a 'smart grenade' that can be detonated anytime after being thrown, or something that homes in on a target (shape it like a martiobarbalus throwing dart from ancient rome with an explosive warhead, it gets tossed high into the air and guides itself into wherever the reticle aiming dot is - The Lawn Dart From Hell.)

ahh thats an easy one to bs about. Lets say they dont use the normal explosives that we are used to... Maybe some highly unstable compound or maybe a particle of anti-matter that must be kept in a stasis field or it will blowup. So as soon as you detach it from your suit that monitor's it, the grenade begins to go critical.
Although it would be cool if they put stuff like that in the description, but whatever... I get to bs |

I can answer. In New Eden, the Minmater race were enslaved by the Amarr Empire. Most slaves have now been freed, but many are still held in captivity. Many others have created the Ammatar Mandate, a faction of Minmater devoted to the Amarr Empire.
His name is indicative of the slave state thet the Minmater have been kept in for centuries. |

You are quite correct and a +1 for you, good sir! When I made this toon I already knew that I would be sorted into the Amarrian Imperial Guard.
And since a good majority of the Minmatar are still enslaved by the Amarr - why not a Brutor that has been conditioned, brainwashed, implanted, and turned into a weapon against the enemies of the Empire?
;)
Works for me.
Oh yeah, how else does the Amarrian keep him under control as a backup method?
Can you say: Vitoc?
Sure you can. :) |

Another good explanation is that they're plasma-based detonators, hence the requirement for powergrid use, and that the power needs to be precisely modulate, which is managed by the CPU use.
There are a LOT of BS-fu options here. Some of them even make sense for New Eden. |

I recommend the books by Tony Gonzales(?) "Empyrean Age" and "Templar One", in that order. They are official "chronicles", and cover the back story of New Eden. |
