I went 1/11 in a game the other night and my KDR is 0.6. I don't know if you realize this, but this is a beta and your stats are gonna get wiped before the game releases. So, chill. Derp around bit, make bad load outs and try weird **** with them. Try to get knife kills in a heavy suit, try to flip your LAV, see how high you can jump out of a drop ship and still live, etc, etc.
We've got one tiny skirmish map and a couple of tiny ambush map, how can you possibly still be concerned with your KDR and W/L after weeks of the same maps? Some of you guys take "tryhard" to a whole new level. Your wins and losses don't matter right now. |

Hmm.... lets see, reasons people could be standing in the back... ohh thats right VEHICLE SPAWN waiting. Hmm.. bad K/D ratio, ohh yeah that right, I'm running Logi, repping installations and tanks because peeople seem to forget to run their own repper. Another reason to have a low or no kill is to be the dropship pilot, someone has to pilot it or you don't get your free missile kills. I went 0/4 in one match and still got 200k sp from holding the drop ship steady so people could shoot ****. I really wished they'd add a few more columns to the score card to we get fewer of these posts. Rep amount or contribution points would be splendid. |

Not sure how that's relevant, but I'm sure they will find them. I'm guessing mostly complaining about the skill system.
Currently we're playing a game that barely works and has zero consequence for your actions. Why anyone would care about metagame, W/L, KDR, ISK management, SP allocation, etc beyond some childish ego trip is beyond me. I'll get up halfway through a match and get a beer from the fridge. Hell, I've gone 0/30 in matches. It's a beta, none of this matters beyond the feedback we give the developer. |

if you kill too many people your a KDR *****. If you want to win a game your a tryhard. lol @ these kids when a party system drops |

I honestly have no idea how you can be so gungho and excited about playing such a limited and buggy beta. As far as I can tell, most people just hop in and derp around like I do. Being the best player right now is like being the best beer pong player at a party. When the game launches and there's some sort of in-game stakes involved and more than 1 skirmish map maybe people will give a ****, but right now there's no real incentive to play more than a match or two per weekend, and that's really just to see what they've updated and changed.
Frankly though, I don't care if you wanna be a tryhard in a beta, but starting threads suggesting that anyone who treats this bare bones, buggy, laggy, incomplete, group-less, clunky beta as an esport should be kicked out of the beta is just ridiculous and makes you look like a child. |

GREAT post. Sums up what a gamer's attitude is supposed to be like. You play a game to have fun, so dont complain if people have fun in a way different to your own. |

Yeah, what's with all those freeloaders? Not paying for the free game, and not putting the effort in to try and win a battle they can already see the outcome of.
It's better for your ISK and SP (pro-tip: These stats actually matter) if you stick with a losing game and just spawn in Militia gear rather than quitting. |
