I've suggested this previously but I think it was an 'also' in another thread.
Being able to flick from fittings to market and from 'show info' to character skills or market etc. would improve things greatly. You could look through the market, see an item you like, view info, to find the skill requirements, maybe even select the skill you're short on and press a button to 'buy & use' it or 'upgrade' it without having to leave the market and go into character sheet or perhaps just a button to take you to the character sheet directly.
You could even use the fitting window to select a low slot and either X to fit something from assets or 'square' to view the market to buy something for the slot, as above you could then train the missing skills from the show info within the market and when purchased your item would be fitted in the slot and you'd be returned to the fitting screen to continue.
I know coding for all this wouldn't be a 5 minute job, but it should add massive amounts to the playability if you didn't constantly have to leave the menu you're in to go buy something, then realise you need to train a skill further to fit it. |

I'm all for this. It's annoying if you have to switch back and forth between menus, especially with a controller. Please make this happen CPP and add more usability to the interface of Dust.
We all know CPP isn't exactly known for designing the best thought out user interfaces possible, but Dust would be a chance to to change this |

Hadn't seen this and just posted the following under General Discussion. Glad to see I'm not alone with this issue.
"Would be nice if when you go into Market Place to buy items, if you can't get an item due to lack of Skill Level, you could see not only what level you need, but also what level you have and have the option to upgrade that Skill right there and purchase the item(s). Currently I am constantly flipping back and forth from Market Place to Skill Sheet and making notes in Notepad on my PC. Time consuming and have placed SP in the wrong place more than once. Just a thought." |
