Granted, for the PSN the numbers will be a bit different, but the population of that area of the world is much smaller then the Americas/Europe/Asia. Australia has a population of only 23 million or so. I think Australia/NZ/Surrounding Area is a long way down the line for their own servers, as unfortunate as that may be.

The horrible lag we have had to put up with previously made it virtually unplayable for me and many others. But now all is well, and I have even noticed a little less lag on the US servers. I don't know whether you fixed your net code or have done something else, but keep doing what you are doing! Because I am going to be playing the Beta A LOT more if things keep up like this! I should add that there are still a lot of things I'd like see fixed and added to this game, but I just wanna give credit where credit is due. You fixed a BIG problem for me and a lot of others guys! Now you don't have that 40-60% (survival chance) feeling when getting in a gun fight. Still not as fluid / smooth as you see on some of the leaked videos, but much much better. Was spending more of my time in vehicles due to the framerate, but now be running and gunning more often.

Just the disconnects on the Asia server.

Thank you very much for that fantastic amount of info. Although a different market, we would probably comparitively be the same percentage in relation to US and EU users anyway. The Asian market would probably factor a little more since it is on console and a Sony. A shame really. It's crazy that our land mass here in Oz is actually LARGER than the US, yet we hold less than 10% of their population! Anyway, if Dust takes off and has some decent numbers in Australia and NZ then hopefully we can see a dedicated server down under in the foreeable future.

THANKYOU Agree, the new Asian server has made a world of difference, but there's still a framerate issue with this game. I can handle it while we test the game, but on launch I want a server in Australia. Australia is 7,000 KM's from Singapore for christ sake.

Also noticed that people playing on the Asia server are getting much better and I am looking forward to the ever increasing challenge that is playing you guys.

Russia, USA, China, Canada, then Australia. I have probably fluffed the order, but Fairly certain Russia is largest and Australia is 5th. I'd love an aussie server, but historically our population really doesn't warrant much attention from commercial entities.
