18/2 with my AV loadout running around with a militia LAV rocking the defending team in skirmish. My TV turns off 3 times in the game, fine, no big deal, it never got me killed. Then, shortly before the win, BAM! PS3 decides to freeze. WHY ME!? I'm so frustrated.   
I guess technology hates me.
Edit: Another note, I got disconnected from comms shortly after the game started, not sure what's up with that.. there were 4 or 5 people talking. Also, my PS3 froze when I tried to access my squad list (pressed "Back" immediately after spawn). Is this a bug? or is my PS3 just being a lil' ****? |

to the OP, i feel for ya man. technology is wonderful until it doesnt work.
maybe try burning some incense/candles or giving the ps3 a massage....might make it feel a lil better.
also, playing hours and hours a day like i do probably isnt too good for the life of the console lol |

haha Lurchassaurus, what is your PS3's favorite incense? I'll give it a shot ;)
I do the hours of grinding once in a while, but most the time its only 2 or 3 hours as I've been swamped lately.
@KAGE you have no idea man, my average KDR is around .6  I'm usually the support guy that blows up installations/vehicles (which I was doing), but I was getting SO MANY direct infantry hits with my FG that game. And my $450 120hz TV breaking down isn't so heartwarming either |

lol i feel ya man, heres ma secrets
at home for the summer, i typically dont need to use incense since i keep ma ps3 on a laptop cooling pad(works great ACTUALLY)
back at school in my frat, i typically use this incense i like to call devil's lettuce(some people call it kush...also works great)
pet peeve of mine.....dirty ps3, pisses me off. i dont like dust on my **** and i try and keep it all pristine and looking good, controlelrs as well. im sure my console thanks me |

Ahaha I don't use teh devil's lettuce very much :P Maybe my PS3 just isn't "feelin' it" anymore ;P I don't think I need a cooling pad, my PS3 is on a flat wood surface in my entertainment shelve thingy. It's a little bit enclosed, but I put a fan behind it. Also it never really gets dusty.
This is the first full freeze I've had with Dust, others have lasted 5 seconds at max (rarely).
On a good note.. YES! I left my PS3 on long enough (It was still pinging the server, wifi light flashing like crazy) that I was still in game up til the end! (I think..) I think I got rewarded my SP for that game :) |

lol as long as you got your paycheck , i guess thats all that matters
my ps3 is pretty new so the two freezes i have had were definitely resulting from the build. not too much of a worry
they ARE still building the game lol

Yeah, I know it's beta, I expect issues :P My PS3 is about a year and a half old, so it's got a little wear and tear on it. |

my 360 imploded and i replaced it with a ps3 cause ima po college student with no monies for xbox live.
as i was rolling out of gamestop i realized, "HOLY ****, Dust is ps3 only, thank god i wasnt stupid enough to replace my 360 with another one lol."

i liked mag i played it alot until some clan **** went down then it wasnt as much fun it was a great game i really think because of the community in it |

I'm just not the Devil's Lettuce type of guy... I get all paranoid and itchy... I like teh drinks and teh pretty little candies ;) But yes, Dust will be amazing, but right now MAG still tops it as my favorite... I think that will change though :) |
