Is this a real tactic in other fps games? I find it kind of absurd that someone can shoot and jump at the same time while still hitting their target with accuracy. I don't mind jumping any other times, just when shooting. I think jumping should cancel shooting, or at least make it to where your shots have a much larger dispertion area so that most of your shots miss. Even in the future, I don't see jumping and shooting at the same time makes much sense. |

One does not get in between gamers and their gimmicky "tactics". |

Their Stam will run out after like 2 jumps. So just stop shooting until then
And it is a real tactic in other FPS that dont require stam to jump |

I wouldn't have a problem with that but bunny hopping isn't much of an issue in this game. You can only jump twice before being totally out of stamina. Doesn't seem to help much anyway. |

Well, you -can- equip your dropsuit with numerous stamina boost modules specifically to allow you to bunny hop as much as possible, but that would just be idiotic. |

For god's sake, this. I'm pretty sure this is not the first time someone brought this up and certainly it will not be the last considering that many beta testers don't seem to study the limitations that are currently imposed on jumping.
1. A single jump alone takes up half of your stamina. Even more if your wearing anything other than a scout suit.
2. Sprinting takes up stamina. So if someone jumps once or even twice, they are dead pretty quick because they won't be able to sprint away as you mow them down your assault or SMG.
3. I honestly don't see many people bunny hopping. I have been playing the game since the earlier build of this beta and only once out of every 5-10 matches I run into someone who bunny hops. This is because everyone else knows that bunny hoping is a waste of stamina and won't save your sorry ass.
4. Only scouts have an added advantage of extra stamina and sprint speed, but even they rarely bother with bunny hopping. I'm a sniper and I don't bunny hop. If I ever have to jump, it's mainly for reaching a structure that is too far for any other suit to try to jump to. |

Even in the future, I don't see jumping and shooting at the same time makes much sense. It actually makes it really hard to keep your bullets hitting the other target while bunny hopping. It takes a lot of skill to do correctly. The people that bunny hop and can't aim get wrecked every time. I don't see it as a problem. |

i dont see many people bunny hoping (except me as a scout), bunny hoping has it benefit but you will run out of jumps sooner or later so it best to use them wisely. |

It's REALLY not easy. And in my experience, it's easier to counter than to perform - you just need to consider that once airborne, the target can't change direction until they touch down again. |
