I would like to be able to go into a sprint from being in the crouch position. Also I would like to be able to go prone. Graphics could use a overhaul although I would imagine that will happen by the time the game is released. New maps would also be good also would imagine this will happen by release. Now i'm sure is just because I just started and am still trying to figure the game mechanics out, but it seems like I am getting my butt pwnd like there is nothing else to do in this world. It seems like I can unload entire mag from a sub machine gun into center mass of a normal assault troop and not even phase him and then get shot with a short burst from them and die. Just some general observations.

It sucks to be a new player in DUST beta! I suggest looking at the Militia gear and start experimenting with some fits. Militia gear is still paper and paperclips compared to what most players are running around with, so you'll probably have to resort to 'cheaper' means to get kills.
Get a militia geared dropship and fly around capping objectives, squashing people under your ship and using the explosive turrets on the ship. Levelling up to remote explosives doesn't take a lot of sp either. They insta kill the other guy and aren't really hard to use. |

Dont squash people in your dropship or find cheap means to kill. Run around capturing objectives(as in capture the ones where noones at) and stick with other players dont try solo guys with milita, but dont resort to poor game mechanics to win. |

No to prone. Search for the (many) threads about it to see why.
Sprint from crouch needs to happen though.
As for getting pwned as a noob, stick with it - build up your SPs, and SPECIALISE. Don't spread your skills to thin or you won't gain as much from them. Focus on one thing at a time, make it good, THEN move onto the next. |
