Everyone allied against them and was at war. And the Mittani explains the rest. It's good to hear what happened from Goons side as I only have wiki to go on. I'm still interested about CCP's decision to not allow a new alliance after allowin them (24hr change of mind). Tbh I think that BoB lost their Sov because of downtime is stupid. I'm fairly sure that's weird as. CFC are the current equivalent of BoB (from my wiki based knowledge). Edit: the 2 great wars interest me a lot in EvE. In 9 years 2 full on wars have been fought. Let me know if there is a 3rd and I'll come troll on local :)

They don't seem to understand that Goon isn't evil. 79% Grief yes, but not evil. They are more a Force of Human Nature then anything, and there is no point in calling them evil. Its a bit like cancer in that everyone seems to be on the same page that its bad but on one can find a cure all for it while it goes around destroying the lives of people for no reason they themselves can comprehend. Whatever I know a few Something Awful members IRL and I can't fault the Goons for getting their monies worth in their gaming. In any case they fill out the EVE universe making it a better if admittedly more dangerous and chaotic place on the whole.
