when on the defnse useing tanks and drop ships is allways good but keep in mined your job is to hold the other team back and if you can spawn camp them wile holding the points A B & C . if you have no tanks use what drop ships you have to move snipers and SL and forge gunners to hi up spots on the map and spots that over look a point . AR men and Logy and scouts shoud be on the front line of battlfieild in ways trying to push back on any push the attacking team do,s use the SL gunners to remove tanks and LAV,s and drop ships trying to brake tho your lines use forge gunners to cover points with snipers in the back on the line to stop points from being taken should the attackers brake your line or by pass it with tank or drop ships or LVA. if you have tanks use them behind cover and never place them solely by them self with out suport from anuther tank . tanks should be massed in groops of 3-4 this lets there air gurds work with ech other to cover the tanks from fire from gound troops and lets the main gun deal with other tanks. if you only have 2 or one tank use them on the same point and use them to ambush the other team DO NOT use them other then this and do not leave them with no less then a fire team to back them up( fire team 4 man team .SL AR Mass driver Logy.)
tanks should move as a groop and in lines of 2 with 50 meders spacing
drop ships should be used to move troops as this is there only true job. useing them as suporting fire should be a last acked of a failing defnse line or point.
scouts are runers to drop uplinks on the map and intersepters to stop or hold off a attacker who got tho the line of defense .
when you need to reinfore a point use scouts then AR troops then hevey troops if you are pulling troops from one point to anuther use sipers and forge gunners to cover it !
the over all goal here it to keep the other team back and hold the points till the MCC is dealed with. as for clone spawns and ammo dumps only destroly them if you know the other team is going to retake it or that you can not retake if the attacker has 150 men and if he can not swich dropsuits with out dieing then you have killed and reduse his move ment when it come to the figth has if he is set to take out tanks he will be week vsing snipers and AR and if is set to figth AR and snipers he can not figth tanks . so the defense has no lack of men . so removing ammo dumps and clone spwans rely only hurts the attacking team.

the #1 one thing a attacker mush use is his Speed to by pass the other team defense and to take points and ammo dumps and clone spawns. the defense has to figth at all the points YOU DO NOT ! massing troops and hitting a week points and useding a mass of drop ships to by pass the defens line is all ways a good plan when using this if you have tanks have them attack in mass the other flank befor and as you push on the other side with your mass of troop and drop ships. this dulls the others teams responts time if there SL and forge guners and hevery troops are trying to figth your tanks . when flanking do a wide open flank as you want to spot the other teams suport troops as this is were they will most likey be when you spot them remove them be for taking the point or you will has spent your men and time for nuffing . spwn camp! when camping the point with only a fire team at most and send your troops to take the next week point. |

I like this approach to getting our terribads better. It might work better than my "your so bad..." in game speeches. Good job even if I disagree in places. |

1 thing i for got sniping vs conter sniping
if you want to snipe remeber when you kill to much karma comes at you like a b!tch on the rag. 1st of when be come countered your dead ! thats counter sniping for you ! when you take a round to the head and or die you been counter sniped .
ways to stop this is to move not to much as to show every on the other team were you are but know when to move like if you start seeing more sniper drop suits then other dropsuits then most likely they are on to you and are trying to spot you. when you see drop ships romming around with no guners or the guners are not shooting at stuff on the gournd there trying to spot you. when you see ar troops walking on the tower next to you or under you they may know were you are but not have seen you .
when you see this stuff and stuff like it MOVE !
if your bing shot at DONT move !
a lot of rounds that are shot at me are just one guy pissed the f#ck off andis trying to get you to move so he and his team can see you and kill you best way to deal with it is tokeep your head low and if you can with out him seeing you drop a round into his head and then move . if they do see you you will know as 2 things will happin no one will be in your kill box not shoooting at you and most likey you died from anuther sniper. key thing here is when in a scout suit if you see a red marker nd it not moving shoot it its 7/10 most likely sone one trying to snipe and some one on your team saw him or there sig is big like fail hevey snipers and logy snipers.
remaber the goal of sniping IS to make the other team HATE YOU ! when they spend time only looking for you and cant fined you your team can take the point ezer then if they found you and killed you !
your job over all is to F#ck with there mined be for killing them ! you dont even have to kill them like hevey with SL or forge guns hiting them and having them stop fireing and run for cover is better then if you skiped him and shot the AR guy letting the forge gunner take out your tanks. |

If either team can hold 2 or more objectives for the entire battle, that team wins. If they can't the team who spends the most time in control of the most objectives will be the winners.
At first, the defending team has to be PREPARED to fight anywhere, and the attackers have freedom to dictae the pace and location of the battle. From there, the only time where one team has that freedom of control over where fights are happening is when they're solidly losing with all points in the enemies' hands.
If one team only holds one objective, they have more freedom to force the fight onto their terms by attacking where they want, but the other team can attack the objective they control and force a change as well. |

It's always best to sneak in as a Scout with drop uplinks to bypass the tanks that are holding back my team. Since everyone else busy shooting each other at the front line, I'm here behind the line wreaking havoc. |

While defending i think what helps is having a good crew in LAV cruising around C and both SR's . This keeps most off enemy on the front line and not spawning deep in your defencive half. |
