Posted this on my corp forums, but thought I would share it on general to.
This is my main skills set for Heavy Forge. If your building an AV forge and want a maximum damage maximum defence anti vehicle build that just costs ISK, these are the skills you will need.
Amarr Heavy Dropsuit level 5 - Unlocks proto dropsuit Dropsuit Command level 5 - Minus 25% to signature profile (still not 100% sure what this does, prob similar to EVE) Electronics level 5 - Plus 25% Dropsuit CPU (You need this maxed asap) Enginering level 5 - Plus 25% Power Grid (You only need this at Level 4) Shield Managment level 5 - Plus 25% to dropsuit shield (Doesnt really help Prototype heavy suit much, but all helps) Sheild Operation level 5 - Plus 15% dropsuit shield recharge Shield Upgrades level 3 - Unlocks enhanced shield extender and reduces its cpu cost. Weaponry level 5 - Plus 15% to your Forge gun damage (and unlocks 10% Heavy wepon dmg modules, get this asap) Forge Gun Operation level 5 - Reduces Forge gun charge time and unlocks Prototype Ishkuon Assault Forge Gun Forge Gun Proficiency level 5 - Plus 15% to your Forge gun damage Heavy Weapon Upgrades level 5 - Minus 25% cpu cost of forge gun Heavy Wepon Ammo level 5 - Plus 25% to maximum ammo of forge gun (This boosts your ammo from 16 to 20) Heavy Wepon Rapid Reload level 2 - Faster Reload speed (Getting this to level 5 next for +15% faster reload speed) Mechanics level 5 - Plus 25% Dropsuit maximum armor (get this asap) Repair Systems level 5 - Plus 15% armor repair rate (no idea if this is working, but it unlocks +5 armor rep modules)
I think thats all of them, and that was all from memory lol. There is a few other skills for stamina and stamina recovery but wouldnt worry about those.
The modules I use are:
Prototype Heavy Dropsuit
Ishukon Prototype Assault Forge Gun (Doesnt store a charge but its more dmg and faster DPS and I prefer it)
Complex Heavy Wepon Upgrade 10% Complex Heavy Wepon Upgrade 10% (second module is reduced damage, no idea by how much) Enhanced Shield Extender 33HP (Would prefer to use a 3rd wepon upgrade but you cant and there is no way to use the 66HP Complex Shield Extender, as it falls short of about 25 CPU, even level 5 shield upgrades wont give enough)
Complex Armor Repairer +5 Complex Armor Repairer +5 (dont use armor plates as it slows you down to much and your already slow as it is! not to mention you already will have 1300 armor so its better to be able to repair it faster)
There is one downside to this fit however, you wont have enough CPU for Sub-machine Gun or Grenades, but who needs those right!! When you can blast the frack out of tanks and dropships, and 1 shot a heavy machine gunner in the face.
Total cost is a little over 80k ISK per restock, so dont die to much :P
*edit"
Trying an even more maximum damage ISK only fit now that we can buy the Electronics Upgrades Skill.
Replacing 1 of the Armor Repairers with a Basic CPU Upgrade 16% and replacing the Shield Extender with a 3rd 10% Heavy Wepon Upgrade, really wish it would tell you how much extra dmg im getting from these 3 modules with the stacking penalties. Also with this fit I can add grenades and sub-machine gun and 60 CPU still to spare so can use the best Sub-machine gun once its skilled up. Will lose some shield and armor repair rate, so will see how it goes and if the extra dmg is worth it. |

Here's my fit for the proto heavy suit:
High: 3x Complex Heavy Weapon Upgrades Low: 1x enhanced armor rep, 1x militia cpu upgrade
Heavy: Ishukone Assault Forge Gun Sidearm: Breach Sub Machine Gun Nade: AV Grenade
I have Forge Gun 5 and Forge Gun Proficiency 5, so there's a LOT of damage laid out by this build. I'm working on repair system 5 for the higher level armor rep right now. |

A proto logistics suit with 4 complex light damage mods and a swarm can also do a hell lot of damage, only problem is that with the lack of a sidearm, you will have to rely on REs and grandees for infantry defence. |

you forgot that the weapon skills such as ehavy weapon reload have tier 2 skills that follow suit. |
