4:30 am PST is when servers go up? been in the beta a few weeks but never caught the servers during restart up sessions. |

A announcement from cmdr wang says downtime will be a little longer because they are handling the rewards from last weeks event. Expected uptime is now 12 GMT fellas. |

So if its 11:30GMT we are 5 hours behind in eastern standard time, except if there is daylight savings time. Then it would be an hour ahead , or behind. I keep my clocks 14 minutes ahead so I'm not late. But the power went off last night in the thunderstorm so Im blinking 12:00.
So today is tomorrow yesterday?
And now we are delayed a half an hour... phew!!,
All I know is SOON.
