Do we have confirmation on whether dropships have the same complications that tanks do when someone's riding on top of them? Can we ride on top of them? I kind of want to get one of my heavies up there to try to surf on top of a dropship with his forge gun out. |

I know you can land on top of one and run normally as it is falling or laying still. |

He's gotta be a steady pilot. I inadvertly got on one but as soon as he tipped I slid ride off. Although had I known I was going to be on top of one I might have anticipated better, not sure but will be definetly make this a mission now that you brought it up.
I'm going to drop a spwn link on a tower and just try to time leaps onto one  |

I got on top of an enemy drop ship and started shooting it with my AR, and when he took off I died. |

I've jumped from a tower to land on an enemy one with the dampener.
Felt like a badass.
Want to do it again this weekend.
if i don't i'll get a pilot to drive me around while i'm up on top of it. and pounce on people from up there with my RE.

Seen people riding tanks around quite a bit this past test weekend. I'm looking forward to seeing dropship surfers! :) |

So you can "surf" a tank, but it's bugged ATM & fubars the driver's ability to keep the tank alive by screwing up the camera angle. |

RE's fall right through tanks. The need to sit on top at least or maybe stick to the sides as well. But in that case we may see the use of suicide bomber LAVs.
Regardless, I want to be able to jump on top of an enemy tank, place REs on its main turret, run off and detonate. |
