The incredible devs really do love us and decide to fire up the servers on Wednesday.......again.
That would be 3 weeks in a row and would substantially prove, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the devotion and wisdom of the great minds working at the sublimely benevolent CCP!

I also really appreciated when the servers started up early, especially since my Thursdays and weekends tend to get busy. |

the devs want to test us hard , so set a 10 mill kill slot in full 7 days open server time, and enable kill mail system to test the server loading on the new network shiney things installed

Servers being up would probably random if they are like it was on patch week it was up tuesday but not wedsday. |
