Dear Everyone,
The real me will be gone for some time, so this will be my last post for many weeks to come. I am sorry if I made you stress out in game. CCP I would suggest you make a poll in these forums, before you launch, and ask the community if it really is time. The past weekend the most serious problem still in game would be the "bug" where the enemy is still able to shoot/kill even after they are dead. It has become more so annoying with the increase in use of the remote explosives, please put a priority to stop enemy weaponry right after they are dead (down to the closest millisecond once the enemy is dead). Seeing as many problems have risen from explosives vs infantry ever since I have tested; I would also suggest an explosive resistant skill/module/extra something considering prototype loadouts are OHK'd from said problems. One last request is to stop slowing the game down .
PS Hopefully I come back before the launch goodbye everyone. Someone may get on for me to get the beta goodies, but unfortunately it will not be me, so goodbye everyone.

it doesnt ALWAYS happen.
it depends on the weapon they are killed by and how they are killed. much like the option to suicide. if the person is blown up by a tank, or turret or something., or even grenades.....there is no aim and no suicide option....you're just dead. if its something like assault rifle or smg....then the "go down fighting" mechanic CAN happen. it doesnt always happen. i think the aiming could do with a nerf when this happen...but to remove it completely would be a little silly.
in real life if people are shot their body can cease. there have been countless cases throughout history where a person shot while holding an automatic weapon is on occasion known to inadvertantly pull the trigger. its a reflex. i know these guys are super soldier, but they have muscles...and electrical impulses from the brain go to these muscles. just like us.
Dilute the aiming a little in it (which i know is already done due to the axis matching the angle of view as you fall) and the less sensitive adjustment should level the issue out nicely i think. |
