I bought the merc pack near enough the day it came out. First beta weekend went off without a hitch but now for this weekend, I can't log on. It says my account isn't valid and that I should purchase the thing that I purchased to access the beta.
Erm yeah, bit bummed but hopefully it can get sorted. Thankies. |

edit: same guy here, just thought i'd start a new character to see if i could use the purchase I paid for. Nope. |

It is best to contact support at the [email protected] address so that assistance can be given in full to get this sorted out for you. Including information such as how far in to the game you get when the join attempt fails can help look in to the problem and possible solution for you. |

Delete the beta. Go download merc pack again. Try again. Should work. |

I re-downloaded the beta...There is nothing else to download. the actual merc page only prompts me to purchase again. |

I have been having the same problem ever since i bought the merc pack. I have found at least 8 different threads with the same problem. My email to support did get a response with a link that brought me back to these forums, which has obviously been useless. In 1 of the 8 or so threads a dev did say it was being worked on. I think that was about 2 weeks ago other than that nothing seems to be being done about this problem. I have gotten zero access for 3 weekends now with my "unlimited" beta key. I did create a character after waiting 45 minutes. But have never played the game. I am with you saronith this is ridiculous even if it is beta getting everyone access to the game seems like a pretty big deal. You would hope 1 of these many threads could get some answers from devs or something. |
