So lol, dominated in the Sagaris before, and now? Every other opponent and his bloody mother has trained into Forge Guns =), so the game is responding, and Tanks are definitely far from broken. I know for a fact I'm seeing fewer and fewer pilots using them. Unfortunately I still want to specialize in vehicles, which leads me to believe its about time I invested a little time into Dropships =), Here's to hoping the investment is worth it =).
Somehow I suspect the other half of the team has swarm launchers though =P, eventually Assault specialists will make a comeback and kill all these people with nothing but Anti-tank gear, will be interesting to see where the balance finally lands after all the ebbs and flows conclude. |

Im a dropship pilot.
They do all have Swarm launchers.
Compound that with the fact that so many people just use dropships for getting onto the towers, smashing people, or personal fast transit that I can never get anyone to join me as a gunner. Everyone assumes I am a scrub using a militia DS for one of those 3 reasons.
Can be very frustrating. |

the meta change with free militia tanks also changed how I play. I now play sniper most of the time instead of rushing certain points to cap them. heavies with heavy weapons are my favorite targets. they are very easy to headshot with my sniper rifle for an insta kill. its fun to see them focusing the tank while I pick them off one by one  |

I only call people a "scrub" if they use the dropship for getting on top of structures to snipe, or parking the dropship somewhere and camping hacking positions or camping spawns. I mean seriously if you are attacking then sniping is not a good idea in my opinion. I see sniping as more of a defending tool. |

Yes I use to be able to do decent in a match and now everyone and his mother uses swarm launchers. I would be fine because I am very aware and once my shields hit 30 % I take off. Fly around 10 buildings just to get screwed by about 100 missiles that have stacked up and are still following me. Then I get insta popped. Or every once in awhile if you just bump a building just right you get insta blown up. Kind of sucks.
They really need a warning system so you know if swarms are still following you and know how many people are locking on. If they had this warning system along with a system that warns you that you are still being followed would help alot.
I am flying a eryx with a fully tanked set up and it takes 3 proto swarm launcher shots to kill me. if they are set up right. Ya trust me it is not any better really. |
