The ability to spawn on our squad leaders (only when hes on foot, or piloting a vehicle with empty seats).
Enemy squad leaders have a different icon above their head, to signify their additional threat. You should also gain more points for a squad leader.
You should be able to at least see all members of your own squad at all times (the chevron thingy and minimap).
Spawning should have some additional effects or animations (teleport or hot drop etc).
Spawn protection for at least 1~1.5 second to orient ourselves. It should stop if the player shoots, or moves (you can turn and look). It should also be very visible that you have spawn protection, you should have some sort of shield effect like the inertia stabilizers.
If you own a vehicle you should have priority on the pilots seat, for at least the first 10 seconds its on the field.
The delivery drones should not be my daily dose of comic relief.
Icon for downed friends If you're carrying an injector or squad leader. bleedout time = your spawn time. No more suicide.
Inertia stabilizing on top of someones head should hurt or outright kill them if they're not in a vehicle.
More interaction with the MCC then one side just shooting it down. Its there, its impressive...its ornamental.
Drop ships need those cool ship tracers from EVE when going high speed.
Orbital strikes are fine and fun, but I know carrier fighters are single fighter ships that they can "assign" to other players (with limits). I would like to see those fighters on the battle fields or even fly one myself.
Pilots should get double what they currently get for assists.

Minigun - too much heat, too little range, hard to judge spread
Sniper - needs either a bright (blue) flash visible only to the people near where he was aiming, or a small vague tracer.
Railgun (Large tank) - same as the sniper, but the impact itself looks amazing.
SMG - hard to judge spread, need a tracer every 3 or 4th round.
Assault rifle - they just seem way too accurate to me, no spread on them at all. They have a tracer on every round making them way too obvious.
Missiles - The smoke trail looks like they are burning Diesel fuel, the missile itself looks like the ones from EVE, the explosion sound and impact feel weak.
Grenades - The arc/speed seems kinda high, sure they go far but you cant lug one over a wall to kill someone on the other side either. Same sound and explosion problems as the missile
Melee - Feels like an after thought, should interrupt reloading and have more reliable hit detection and a smidge more range. Please add a melee slot to all suits and add low cost, very low req melee weapons that do more damage (start with different types of blades) as long as they are reliable at a melee range and suicide everywhere else. |
