I was confused... I was thinking taking the original post as indicating we had a niche on the new eve forums... where there was a dust sub section for a time on the current/old forums..

Well the DUST subforum was added to the EVE forum when DUST was in Closed Beta so that EVE players who were not in the DUST beta had a place to talk about DUST and get official CCP info about DUST. It was only taken down when the DUST servers where shut down.
The same was done for Valkyrie.
Presumably Nova will get a subforum on the EVE forum when it goes to Open Beta. However, I would not expect there to be such a subforum before then.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

EvE Online and Dust are different games. EvE is more than just EvE Online, though. I think EvE represents the whole of New Eden. |

I guess I don't see the point. Why would they have a separate forum for a game that doesn't exist yet? How would the conversation differ at all from what already happens on this forum?

Not sure really. I think it would be a different community. Perhaps the idea of the subforum on the EvE forums is to attract people from the general New Eden community. |
