None come close, I play World of Tanks on a daily basis though, and I bought Tekken 7 on Steam last week, it's a load of fun heh.

However, it doesn't give me nearly enough self loathing, so it hasn't replaced Dust 514 in my heart. I need my Minmatar Assault! I just want to spray someone to death with dozens of SMG rounds again.

There is nothing like Dust... however
elite dangerous comes out on PS4 next week. That's definitely worth checking out.
Angels fall first is a very awesome indie shooter on steam, come join the group, lots of us play it :D

There is more than enough games to kill your time. But I don't think there are any that are worth investing the time.
Maybe Nova will change that.

although after seeing the ea battlefront 2 gameplay..

I wasn't really into reading philosophical essays, I just knew the concept, but never directly read anything from any philosopher. Reading the "Grundlegung zur Metaphysik der Sitten" (Kant) really changed my mind, in many ways actually  . You might want to give it a try.

I just finished the latest in the Undying Mercenaries series, by B.V. Larson. The series follows a man who is a member of a mercenary outfit. Can never fill the hole but for entertainment purposes I've been playing Overwatch (PS4), Killing Floor 2(PS4 and I have it on PC), For Honor (PS4), Warframe (PC) and that's about it... Oh and League of Legends.
Edit: And Nier Automata (PS4)

Grab yourself Star Wars Battlefront sounds corny ik star wars but it truly is the closest game to dust right now on the PS4.
If your just starting be prepared to get layed the f out, just like dust.
Ive been doing nothing but noob and scrubb slaying ever since dust shut down.
It is the only game currently able to fill the gap and I do not say that lightly. Ik nothing can fill dusts place.
Battlefront 2 comes this sept or nov, and it looks 5x better.
You wont find such good quality in any other game on ps4 or pc.
EA + DICE + LUCASARTS = Very scifi and unique.
I recommend the bespin DLC the rest are not very good.
So if you wanna get back on your grind and drop some scrubbs and noobs get SW Battlefront.
I have bought around 25+ games since dust closed and this was and still is the only one.

Only thing I've been playing lately is gwent out of sheer boredom. It gives me that old dust feeling though... it's glitchy as all hell, it crashes regularly and I've even gotten stuck on a victory screen. the balancing is completely lopsided and there's always a fotm deck that everyone plays. The devs don't seem to care about balance as long as they can get you to spend rl money on kegs... and you even get to send a gg after the match. And just like with dust, I couldn't even give you a legit reason as to why I still play it.
Every match I play can be summed up in one sentence:
"Well, that didn't f#cking go as planned"
