No regrets really. Played the game to the fullest and met some awesome people. Well, maybe one thing I do regret. I was too much of a lone wolf. I preffered playing in squads but people wouldn't keep up with me leading to me basically playing solo most of the time.
Althouhg voice chat recompensated it all.

Put your flags up in the sky.
And wave them side to side.

I remember one battle where someone was in a CalScout and routinely dispatching everyone in sight (including me) and I realised some time later that it was their speed that was doing it - they could move so fast, noone could touch them. That was actually something I would have loved to really get into, if I had had the time. In EvE my favourite ships are the Caldari interceptors, small ultra-fast frigates that can just run rings around almost anything else in the game (other than another interceptor). Same deal - small and fast wins the day, I just wish I had have tried that.... Caldari weren't the fastest scouts though. Minmatar were, and with all its Low Slots, Gal Scouts could come pretty close. Caldari weren't slow like the Amarr, but they weren't speed demons either. I can't remember if they had the PG to pull off KinCats either. For the longest time they were the best passive scanners though, and Shield Tankers of the Scouts. Gallente were the fastest in practice though as they were the only scout you could run 2 kinkats and still get under gal logi scans except for the amarr scout which was slow. |

If you are going to qualify being able to beat scans, then yes, the Minjas couldn't compete on that front. Gallente, being the first scouts, always were the most versatile.
Even when it was just Gal and Min scouts, and only a couple hundred or so people even played the role, 80% of those would play Gal.
Up until the Amarr, the Minjas were the red headed step children of the Scout role.
But I still love them.

Any double entendre is unintended I assure you.

I skilled into amarr just because it was terrible had a few great games screwing around with it. |
