in the middle of August around the 20th i made my last post, before a 2 week absence, upon my return i was permanently banned, my first ever forum ban, no previous infringements

they banned for a post allegedly made on 30th August which is clearly a mistake as i had not posted for 2 weeks, anyways, i waited for the ban to be lifted, but 3 months had passed, and still banned, i emailed CCP, telling them how i was wrongly banned and my situation in this regard

i received this (notice the removal of any traces of our beloved Dust 514) in return:

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this.

Technical support for the DUST 514 forums is no longer offered, and as such we no longer unban permanently banned accounts from it, as we don't have the tooling to do so.

If you're banned permanently, then I'm afraid there's no way we can assist.

The forums are still moderated to some extent(pushing general topics to locker room) but that also means reports and other ban offenses aren't as strict but there is a permanent consequence if you push it at this point.
