If you really want to kill noobs so bad, download World of Tanks, create a new account while using the invite code "QUICKYBABY4WOT", with which you will get a very good sealclubbing/noobstomping tank, the T-127, and you can kill hordes of noob low-tier tanks for ages.

If you back SC, Star Marine is live and great fun, though buggy and limited right now.
Also as said above, Overwatch is a fun way to kill some time.

Overwatch is my Super Smash Bros for shooters. It's a great party game, but only when played from time to time.
I got into Titanfall 2.

I got into Titanfall 2.
Titanfall 2 is a really great shooter, far better than BF1 IMO but it was completely overshadowed. That's a shame !

Meanwhile, over on the Valkyrie Forums, after CCP Newcastle nerfed all the "slayer" ships and then buffed the **** out of Supports and Heavies, some players are making a case that NO ONE should EVER be allowed to go 20/0 in a match.
If there's any danger of that happening, there should be "I win button" assets that allow you to instantly destroy those skilled players without them being able to fight back to thus ensure a perfectly balanced game where no one ever has a negative K/D.
Seems like we've got some "what not to do" example for the CCP Shanghai balance team!

That sounds pretty damn ridiculous on the EVE side of balancing.
Ideally we would have been able to keep the large disparity between militia and prototype. The reason is wasn't possible was because the game model was banking on high tier players mostly spending time on P.C. so lower tier characters would ideally rarely encounter squads running proto only. Though since P.C. was pretty damn exclusive it never really worked out.

K/D is a ratio and can never be negative.
