Yesterday, Galm Fae set up a Corporation in Bosena, Molden Heath called "The Bosena Accords". This is a Corporation founded as a refuge for the "disenfranchised" immortal soldiers who were left out in the cold after May 30th.
As part of this, an Astrahus Citadel is being built that will be called the "Bosena Accords Warclone Refuge". In in-universe terms, this is going to be a home for all of us who were stranded when the Neocom network went down for us and we could no longer deploy into battles.
Just thought you guys might like to know what's up.

I always had the impression they didn't pay much attention to us, and when they did it was mostly negative.

Thanks for making the post Mobius, it slipped my mind to bring this up on the forums.
In terms of raising awareness in EVE Online, the Bosena Accords is going to double as an RP corp for DUST players. (Though we welcome anyone.)
This is important because I'm planning on talking to A LOT of large EVE RP based corporations to get recognition and to sort of build our own lore in the absence of solid content from CCP. This includes working with the Villore Accords, SFRIM, the Sixth Empire, and other large corporations to build player-content and (hopefully) to provide support so that we can build this little citadel into something larger and find a way for us to retake the skies over Molden Heath.
For IC information on our corp, see below.

The idea is to drive awareness through making it a permanent fixture in a system in-game, rather than posts on external websites. If it's set up and named like the builders intend, we can rely on people seeing it who are curious to click Info as they warp to the next gate and maybe read the info Galm put in there for people to find.
Honestly, the one thing I'd like the most is if someone at CCP Shanghai could assign people who request a Corp transfer via Support tickets to the Bosena Accords Corporation. That would be a HUGE boost to our attempts to make ourselves a more visible presence in New Eden, and one that only requires some changes in the database.

That sounds good to me. :)

That would be a HUGE boost to our attempts to make ourselves a more visible presence in New Eden, and one that only requires some changes in the database. Yes, that way the Dust vet accounts could be reactivated as EvE Alpha Clone accounts! We would have to go through a character customization process of course, but it would be worth it. We can get suits of armour in EvE, too, did you know? Both the Genolution and Sisters of EvE armour are really nice. They don't do anything but if you still want that armour look you can have it.
I really don't think there's anything much that has to be done in the database to activate the Dust vets as EvE Alpha Clones - they are an unsubscribed account, which is what Alpha Clones fundamentally are, and I think at the heart of the whole Alpha Clone thing, is the idea that such unsubscribed accounts from other CCP games like Dust and Nova could function in EvE as well. There must already be some switch that says a certain account belongs to one game or the other. Perhaps all that's needed is to change the value of that switch.... |

Molden Heath is pretty much the sh*t hole of EVE. I would not be surprised if half the player base even knew it's a region in New Eden.

We're still probably going to put a fleet together and go mess with them after our Citadel goes up, though.
