It seems like a fun thread until your remember that CCP Frame pointed out that with the servers offline there's no way to make new characters to use on the Forums.
OP is someone's alt they just haven't used until now, that's all.

I was waiting for someone else to notice this. Not to mention he is in a non NPC corp, which would require servers to have been up at the time that happened.
