Just in case anyone here didn't catch my sarcasm in my previous post, Eve was never pay-2-win to begin with. Anyone who was stuck around playing Eve for any longer than a few months and have dove into PvP for at least a while would know that nothing in Eve is pay-2-win.
Even when it's about to go free-2-play this coming November, it will not be pay-2-win as clearly layout by the dev blogs posted by CCP.
By the way the following restrictions will apply to Alpha clones in the free-2-play model for Eve.

Yep thats totally how you'd go about it, pure play to win, the only thing, the new pay to win players are absolutely no different from the old style pay to win, all those 10+ year neckbeard vets were still always throwing real life money at plex, its just now its even easier with skill packs.
You cant call the old vets superior when all their genuine achievement are thrown into the trash and they're cuckold by ccp and continue to deal with em
And you can take that to the fuckin bank

What did you win?
I have never seen anyone in dust say i win because i have 100mil sp?
First few years i played EVE i did a lot of solo pvp. I killed countless people who played longer than me. SP is not a insta-win button.

Some solo kills from when i was less than 2 years old would say less than 25mil sp. Killing people higher sp than me, with more expensive ships. People with more SP have an advantage but it's not instantly going to make them win a fight.

My point is that EVE never has been, nor is it a "Free to Play" game. The addition of Alpha Clones does not make it free. You basically max out an alpha clone in under 6 months...the intention is that you will eventually upgrade to Omega if you're serious about the game...not continue to play with a maxed Alpha Clones and ***** that it's not fair.

Exactly. And to further that, it's not like an alpha clone is inferior in regards to what it does have unlocked. Like, they have access up to all the tier 1 cruisers right? Well, their tier 1 cruiser isn't any less then an omega clones tier 1 cruiser. the same goes with every other module or ship an alpha clone has access to.
