I think i missed it. Is there a post you've made explaining your purpose and intent in this corp? I thought I saw one yesterday, but can't seem to find it now if so.

What you will need is a couple of people who will train up to be fleet commanders, and for EVERYONE to learn how to fly their ships, train up as much as possible in everything you have access to as an Alpha Clone. Like Dust, EvE has "core skills" that are necessary for everything you do - power management, shield and armour skills, that sort of thing. Plus there is this little thing called a capacitor that Dust didn't have - you need to understand what it does and how to use it. Power management is only part of the deal.
Don't plan too much to start with, just go into it with an open mind. You can learn a heap from doing missions, rather than just going into PvP battle as soon as you get a ship. You won't do well in a rookie ship anyway, and the training actually gives you some decent skills and ships in the process, so as much of this training as possible should be done before you start trying to build fleets.
There's nothing wrong with having Directors of everything under the sun. Just be aware that the skills you think are involved are probably nothing like the real thing.... |
