How come there are never space monkeys to shoot in games like this? Seriously, between those astroids there would be literally tens of thousands of space monkeys vigorously bounding and articulating in zero gravity. |

I've almost bought this game several times but I constantly read complaints about UI and lack of online players. The vids on Steam look great though. I would either like to know the game is more active (where I will be playing against actual players) or the game go on sale where it won't be so much of a loss if it turns out like I've heard.
I cannot be bought, but I can be leased.

The game is still early access, so it's only around $20.
I've had no problems finding full matches.
Steam also will give you a refund on any game you played less than 2 hours. Give it a try!

If you can get a couple more still here on the DUST forums to post some decent feedback about the online side of the game, you'll have me convinced. I've bought games with few to zero online before and really do not want to go through that again.
I've really been hoping to hear about Project Nova but that is clearly not happening.
BTW, I already own at least 2 of the games the DUST Stream group recommends so I will likely join that in any case.
I cannot be bought, but I can be leased.

Remember you can always refund steams games less than 2 hours played, so no risk in trying out

I do have internet. I finally found 3 players online yesterday. I usually play morning in US which could be part of my problem.
AFF does seem like a decent game. The spawn in UI could definitely be better though but not that bad once you get used to it. Once you get on the ground, it is all good from there. I'd really like to see how the game would be with a full match of actual players and not bots.
Long story short, I am not going to ask for a refund. I am hoping to see more players but even if not, I am sure it will keep me busy for a little while.
