 I really hope the game selection does not fall behind the Oculus and Thrive because I think the PS will be the superior setup.

 Awesome!
 
 It was really nice to finally try out Valk myself during a Best Buy Demo. While I'm excited to play more of it, I could see myself losing hours in games like Hyper Cube or Thumper. Immersive VR ads a complete new layer to neon eye-violence overload. Bring it on!

In consoles, you need first party Devs to create a following for the rest. I know there are a few studios going for it, but I don't think it will be enough.

 That could be true but with a pretty good chance that the psvr will also work on PC, it will tote the title of most flexible headset. That will give it a slight edge.
