Why tracer over Reaper?
Note: I haven't played Overwatch, but I'm going to buy when I have the money for sure.

because she's the perfect flanker, reaper has a long cooldown on his ability so once you get in it's pretty hard to get out, tracer I can get in shoot stuff and get out just as quick

with overwatch being new there are LOTS of balances that are needed, mcree's flashbang/ fan the hammer combo kills anything even tanks so for example with reaper I shadow step, McRee walks up flashbang and I die just as fast as I got in. While tracer I have a split second to blink out of range and blink back for the easy kill since his flashbang is down
