What will happen to players' pending support tickets?
Is it still possible to, in theory, raise a new ticket.
In theory, some one could still have some valid need for support. A purchase related issue or something.
As you know, the dust website is down and directs to forums.
The mail address [email protected]has not worked in weeks.
Sour level over 9000.

Im unsure.
Archduke gave me my final stats 24 minutes after the Server shut down, so in theory I would presume the email is an option.
You can still find me on PS4 and Xbox One, just add me and say who you are :)

If you do, please make sure to specifically point out that your ticket is regarding DUST 514.

Thank you, this was a very crucial piece of information as the [email protected] seemed to shut down few weeks early
