WARNING- long @$$ post, TLDR at bottom.
It's been a nice 3 years playing dust (not really, bday is June 1 :( -_-)
Just recently (like 20min ago) I reached probably the most sp (rounded to the million) I will get in dust, 71m.
It's been a nice ride. Of course, there have been ups and downs. Ups- Very fun community, many of us trying to organize events and q-syncs and what not. The million clone challenge, the Templar event, bpo events. Downs- lag, low frame rates, lav glitches etc.
I'll definitely miss this game despite its crappy moments. It's very unique. I will miss the SP and ISK system. It definitely taught me a bit to manage currency and to think twice before making decisions (like skilling stuff). While they were never perfectly balanced in the game, I will really miss tanks. I loved the whole idea what f damage mods, hardeners, etc. I will miss the lore behind each race and how it's suits and weapons reflected them, most notably the GALLENTE with speed and cqc.
Met many people in the game thanks to chat channels. Twelve, George, Joshua, Gydian, BEAST, zor, pancake, and many more, y'all will be missed. It's been fun squaring with y'all. From stomping with zor, and destroying tanks with 12 to clearing objectives with pancake and getting a high clean sheet with Gydian, many players have left a fun and memorable experience in my purple maple flavored bacon flavored QUAFE bottle (as a heart. Yes, I have a QUAFE bottle that pumps QUAFE through my arteries/veins... QUAFE!!!)
Some memorable times-
Gydian- 59/0
Joshua- trading and getting Corp stolen (lol)
Twelve- "You look f****** fabulous Light" *using heavy QUAFE skin*
DFLO- acquiring g-H QUAFE skin to complete GALLENTE set
Zor- countless stomps and amazing fire fights
Beast- that one time when you drove an LAV off one of the 6 towers on table top map and destroyed a tank without dying
Pancake- first time running an officer squad and goZing 6 wins a row, getting 30+ kills/2k wp each match till I left (and you lots following match
(I can't remember anything else  )
While you received a lot of praise and hate CCP, over all, I think I speak for most, you left a memorable mark on dust. Many said this game sucked and all, but many of us stood strong, fought teams, and had epic battles with a taste like no other game could possible give. I hope you take project Nova slowly and steady, improving various aspects that need fixing.
This is it. Dust is up for 5 days left. I've accomplished quite a lot since I created the his character in June 1st, 2013.
Some memorable things to me-
65 highest kills
59/0 clean sheet
6 tanks destroyed with a soma
4.9 wp with assault
Getting full GALLENTE QUAFE set
Setting up QUAFE battle (even if it didn't go as planned)
Achieving 50m SP (was a lot for me back then, I had created YT channel that I barely used)
4 kills with a thukker grenade
4 kills with a plasma round
2 kills with a forge gun
First time running officer- that feeling of power you get and sadness when you loose an item.
Skilling galass to pro.
The Thukker movement (it's what I'll call it) I had started using the thukker and siced it so much I got some people to use it constantly, like Summa Militum (whom I call my son sometimes for teaching him the ways of the thukker) I remember seeing and outburst of constant thukker kills on the kill feed and whatnot.

I'll miss the competition. When I'd see a good player, I'd try my best to make the game hard for them and prove that i could wreck. While doing so, I partnered up with many, eventually having op squads. Some memorable people include Xavior Zor and Lex-ion DLD,
Just recently I deleted and sold every non-proto/exp/off item I had in my assets and a bit of me died doing so. I remembered the good times I had with many weapons, such as the Car-9 Burst scrambler pistol, or using the cart him assault scrambler.
So, 5 days left. 71m. 49k kills. Last few missions for me are to reach 50k kills, 72m sp, and reach 1.5 kd.
I have acquired my GALLENTE QUAFE set (light, med, heavy). I got all but the logi basic gal bpos. I skilled all GALLENTE stiff to proto, maxing out like half of everything, my favs being assault rifle and ion pistol. I managed to become a pretty good tanker for the time I've used them. It's been a fun run.
I hope to see many of you in Nova. For now, you will probably find me on Defiance and DC universe (cuz I'm broke like that lol)
One of the best things I've learned through dust is- "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast" - Brother of Havoc
CCP, take your time with Nova. Some key things to focus on that will greatly improve gameplay is matchmaking and balance thoughout weapons.
