Dust 514: A Celebration of Suicide in Public Areas
Happy Dust 514 Day (May 14th).
Here is an Impromptu organization of the dwindling player base to get on an Eve killmail via an orbital bombardment--a record keeping memento for players to have before Dust 514 shuts down on May 30th, 2016. However, to our dismay there is a bug in recording of killmails for faction warfare battles. We will reattempt this final send off party with a planetary district battle on the 27th and 30th.
Despite not achieving our goal of a killmail, thank you to all those to stuck with it for today's hiccups and system disconnects. Dust is real, you were there. It was an honor to die with you.

I've submitted a bug report in EVE to hopefully get the Kill Mails
Looking from your video i'm wondering if it's due to you being squad leader and getting kicked near instantly. It would mean PC would be the best choice at the end of the month, or just killing reds in FW
Also, might be best to get an Alt not in the dogpile to record it and call in it
