The CPM's NDA covers NOVA as well as DUST, even though NOVA did not exist yet when they signed it.
Edit: Oh, you mean for the Alpha and Beta participants... well that goes without saying doesn't it?
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Thing is - how far we can ask now. If NDA.. it is pointles.. and we can back after 2 years. If no NDA we can still have chance to know what shape 'Project: Nova" get.

NDA lasts until 5 years after CCP stops telling them stuff, and it applies to everything in private CCP convos unless stated otherwise.

Well, since Alpha testing for Eve: Valkyrie didn't have much in the way of NDA when it came to posting videos and streaming the game, it's likely the NDA will only cover development that's happening behind closed doors while testers are allowed to post videos publicly about what they already see in the game.
But that's just me speculating and maybe using some complex tinfoil modules.

That can be taken to mean that if the game looks impressive in Alpha/Beta (Valkyrie), then CCP will not mind people posting videos and talking about it because it will increase the hype.
But if the game looks clunky and buggy in Alpha/Beta (DUST 514), then CCP will not want people posting vids or talking about it because it will give the game a bad reputation before they have even released it.
So... here is hoping for a loose NDA on Nova testing.

Im pretty sure the NDA applies to all CCP information and does not pertain to any specific product so yes the NDA most likely applies to Nova as well otherwise CCP would not have told CPM about it at all. |

I dont need a source i can claim anything as a fact until somebody prooves me wrong. Thats what i learned from Donald Trump and hes doing a cracking job at becoming the next president for the USA so he must be onto something. What that something is i dont know but it seems to be good enough for 51% of the american population.

Alphas generally come with a light restriction that basically holds back streaming and posting of game play videos. Even Dust (actual) beta players were under an NDA on these things but I have a feeling you know this. |
