Why to continue the storied tradition of limiting players concerns to kdr and how much WP they can earn in a match. Leaderboards are the only thing that matters. Why worry about flavor? E.g. a squad lead is in a match, wearing some kind of leadership module or equipment. Earn X WPs, activate the equipment then everyone with 30m of the squad lead gets a passive bonus for a duration. Realistically, WPs will be used in the exp/ISK EoM calculations to ensure people who actively participate in matches get more reward for it. That's on launch at least. #ProjectNova
