Meh, the capital changes have been live on the test server, same with Citadels, and I don't expect much news on player made stargates, so the keynote isn't really hype worthy.
Oh, you meant about not legion?
Yeah, it really isn't hype worthy. Like at all.
No sense getting hyped over vaporware.

A cynic would declare the project vaporware.
A realist calls it vaporware based on CCP Shanghais track record.
There is a subtle difference, but a notable one.

Well the textbook definition of vaporware is "Software that has been advertised but is not yet sold, either because it is still a rough concept or because it is still being written or designed." So yeah, NotDUST is still being written/designed. Not exactly a controversial stance there, private. I won't disagree with you. My speculation that a demo will be available is just that: speculation.

I don't know where that stock google definition comes from, but it is certainly not the common usage of the term, which is much more accurately defined on the wikipedia page.
"In the computer industry, vaporware (also spelt vapourware) is a product, typically computer hardware or software, that is announced to the general public but is never actually manufactured nor officially cancelled."
I love how you need to be obtuse to make a point. Going to need to get you a spinmaster soon.
