That's not a problem. Remember that you can set your character name to be anything you want regardless of your PSN because your PSN is only used to login to the PS3. After that, you're logging into Tranquility which is CCP's sole property, as well as anything else on it.
The reason we can't have the same names as EVE players is because our characters are on the same database as all the EVE characters.
