Because it is the same as the Militia variant, with the only difference being the price. For instance: The Militia Amarr Heavy Frame is exactly the same as the Amarr Heavy Frame A-1 The Militia Caldari Light Frame is exactly the same as the Caldari Light Frame C-1 The Militia Gallente Medium Frame is exactly the same as the Gallente Medium Frame G-1. Just fuming seeing so many people using A-1 this or C-1 that when they could use the exact same suit, but for less isk. Rule #1 of Dust 514: If you get hatemail, you are doing something right.

I guess if you get yourself dependent on such an OP exploit, it's kinda hard to break the habit.
