We're currently working on bringing Tranquility and all services back online after networking issues.
More information will be provided in this thread as the situation develops.

Distributed denial of service attack.
Currently, Goonswarm Federation and its allies within the Clusterfuck Coalition are on the defensive against a major war on their territory (sovereignty). When structures are attacked and entosised (see Fozziesov) in an effort to change the status of who holds that territory, reinforcement timers activate for a 48hr vulnerability window. If at the end of the reinforcement timer, attackers don't show up to the capture event, Territorial Claim Unit is safe for the defenders until the next vulnerability window.
The DDoS conveniently happened around the time of the capture event and Goons proceed to release this video. Top Kek.
