2- M/KB can have marco built in them

3- Button mapping is a godsend, why the hell is this a bad thing? I love that I can configure my controls to my preference.
4- Most HDTV's can work as PC screens. I have a 32" HDTV that I use as a PC screen, works fine.
5- Get a cheap ass second monitor and run two instances of the game.
6- This PC I'm typing from cost me $600. I sold my PS4 to help pay for it. I've never turned back.

I was a huge fan of consoles until I got a PC. Now I realize why everyone raves about them.

They're powerful, highly customizeable, and far more versatile than a console.

That and two screens. My God I'm in love with two screens.

Or it looked VERY VERY similar. Either way sounds were changed... Which made it wack, plus they panned to the guy playing and he was using an Xbox controller. Either way. John wick was 2014 movie so filming happened 2013 so if I'm right.. Around beta of dust 514? Might be why it doesn't look quite right. Either way. That was a clip of Project Legion TEST footage sent to them because one of the people high up in the movie knew some one at CCP and asked if they had something they wanted to put in the movie for that scene. Yes Legion was intended to be a PC game but the movies do not care about that so they handed the actors a controller and stuck something on the screen. That same test footage played part in fanfest 2014 along side the live play they did to demonstrate the game. CCP has since decided to switch to UE4 for the PC version (for once I will give them props on that call) so we have no idea where anything stands until they make the announcement at fanfest this year and tell us where they are in development.

Now if only I could find a way to use that for something besides forum warrioring I would be doing incredible. The time frame also originally threw me off which I pointed out in the last John Wick thread a couple days ago. When you look at it on a timeline CCP had made up their minds for an incredible amount of time before they shared anything with us. Personally I was distracted by how they handled the announcement but it is what it is.

Hacking PC games is an incredible act these days and relatively speaking more hacks were taking place on PS3 than on PC at the later times. This was thanks to the Sony OS being the only line of defense and once it is broken it is mayhem. Cant argue that mouses and keyboards have macros but on console there is an unlimited selection of turbo controllers and emulators. Isn't button mapping great for everyone? Ummm WHAT?? On PC just like console you buy your own screen. On PC you even get to go with ANY resolution you want. Okay you got me there but who does that? I actually just had an Eve LAN party the other day where 6 of us on laptops got in a room together and joined up with about 20 more people on teamspeak and went out and did some serious damage. Take that how you want. Your console does not flop down on anyetable and do the same thing as at home. I totally agree with you on the cost. On the other hand a $1000 PC would still very much be actively developed for while by most rumors at the moment you will have had to buy yet another console putting your total well over $1000 just a bit more spread out. I have no preference and I actively game on both a PS4 and on a mid level PC. All I can say is that the recent developments in consoles have left me wondering just how viable it will be going forward which seriously makes me not mind the fact that CCP decided to go to PC. From a biz stand point PS4 would have been the smart play for Dust but speaking on longevity the right choice was made because simply put console is dying.

There's no two ways about it, if you want the highest quality you simply have to play on PC right now. I'm upset that I'm excited for CCPs latest vaporware, thankfully it will probably be another year at best before we even get alpha so I have time to adjust to hating myself for wanting to give CCP another shot at this. I actually enjoyed covering DUST and being a pilot, I would like to be there at the beginning again if at all possible. Farewell DUST
