Event scheduled for March 16. Current planned time is 6pm EST (sorry I am horrible with time zones but this seems like an ideal Time to grab the biggest part of the english speaking player base).
I am looking to host a special event before the end of Dust. Sign up here to participate. The idea is simple in theory but will be challenging in execution. This is an attempt to try to capture for youtube 1 heavy recieving repairs from 15 logistics players simultaneously, and I need 2 teams of players accomplishing this feat simultaneously. The main intent of course in pulling this off will be to create some lawls for youtube before dust closes. If we accomplish this deceptively difficult task for youtube, we will try to add in extra feats of youtube lawlery, involving human pyramids, dropships, quafe weapons, extra ideas involving heavy logis such as heavy/logi walls, + and a large variety of competetions between the two teams. There is a lot we can do with this very simple theme it if we can actually pull it off.
Mandatory Traits of people participating
People who can listen, are responsive and can adapt quickly.
People who don't take things too seriously and will have fun no matter what compications may arise.
Some definite pluses (but not mandatory at all) include:
Being on coms with a mic so we can check in with individual players quickly.
Owning the council's modified repair tool. (so we can set a larger record for most beams on screen at once)
Owning a quafe weapon.
Being specced into both heavy a logi.
Being able to translate other languages in case non-english speakers want to participate.
Squad Leaders I can trust.
Being willing to sing happy Birthday.
Yes we are also celebrating a birthday so be ready to sing happy birthday. Not my birthday. Someone else's birhday.
I have a lot of experience trying to host events like this. I know getting 32 players to do something at once will be a tremendous challenge, but I look forward to tackling it with my fellow dust players. Organizing in advance like this should help.
As I stated in the start, success with setting up this feat with not only lead to a successful event, but will lead to me planning more events like this in the future (still in planning is a massive scout dogpile event, as well as a super secret project called "Amarian Idol".)

3 beams...1 on heavy...2 on other logis. Could be a total of 45 beams of logi juice being spewed. Heavy could have 15 beams while every logi has 2. Even though the reps per sec suck. I would prefer 6kins |

There are plenty of people out there skilled into Min Logi and have a Council's. He should probably find a heavily populated channel and grab some people.
Also... If this is still happening, I need to know what channel we're using so I know where to standby for an invite.
