Scamming is an art, and it should be executed in the next game properly. In fact, I believe there should be a "trading" skill in the next game that has to do with trading, including scamming. Every game needs its villains and heroes, and not everyone wants to be a hero.

It would be interesting if you had to train a very expensive skill to 5 to use a trade window while anyone who isn't has to stick to the current risky agreement system.

Or maybe instead of that, you have a "reputation" status and with the trading skill, you can make a "fake" reputation.
