The challenge is what kept the game going all these years.
But honestly I would say the challenge comes from customization, tactics, and corporate politics. |

But I think the part I liked best was telling people I played a shooting game and was pretty good at it too (because no one believes me irl).
when she was good, she was very good indeed,

LMAO I assure you "The Framerate" was not my favorite part of this game  \
While I did vote for the Universe: The friends I made and the banter and espionage and players trying to sandbox, the Customization was an absolute 2nd. Nothing I'm playing now compares, which is an absolute shame...

It was he biggest investment in doing well, trying to make a profit on each match like a mercenary would be doing.
The stuff they showed on legion when they actually talked about it way back when was about how everything would be bpos basically. and it killed me inside.
Having a profit margin to maintain when running higher and higher suits makes it much more rewarding to stay alive and not be a troll like most people in cod are.
And you know scrubs can't afford to run Proto every game so when you see a Proto squad you knew you had a fight on your hands and not a bunch of no ones.
Don't vote for iron wolf saber.
Vote for someone who will help the community i.e. anyone else.

It's a great idea for an fps to have to buy your weapons after each death and being able to make fits mid battle.
They need to keep it the way it is now in that respect.
Otherwise winning and losing and kills and deaths are entirely meaningless if you just have infinite whatever like cod or battlefield.
In fact they should expand it. we should have to buy ammo for guns and have ammo capacity as a stat and let us load different ammo types. The universe is what I wished it to fall under.

The vocal chat quality? We can say everything about DUST, in good or in bad... but the vocal chat is just the best that I have ever seen in a game/console, even with the new consoles like the "Party vocal" on the ps4 seems to be bad compared to DUST.
In reality I think it's the principal reason for why I'm continuing to play DUST, just to talk with friends hahaha
The concept and the possibilities that we can imagine for DUST is also infinite, it's the only game who bring to me this feeling.

The social/communication aspect of it. No other FPS game that i played had so much of it. The ability to be in game and just open the chat or waiting for a game on your merc quarters and be able to chat, or move channels with ease. Not even ESO has text chat for console or move around channels freely with multiple friends and that game is a freaking MMO (though they are gonna add it later.) Also many other stuff hence why i am looking forward for the new PC version and see whats up. I just wish it is smooth and it gets better as it progresses, not get worse. |

I have to echo this 100% even though I ran solo ~80% of the time in this game. Having that other 20+% / the option to get stuck in with people, characters, drama, making a name for yourself and fighting those infamous people. No FPS game has ever had that as far as I am aware. |
