I was wondering about damage mods. I noted that in the vid, he had over 600 shields. I can only get that with 4 complex damage mods, and then there's only room and power for a recharger and the slots are full. A couple of complex damage mods will necessarily remove two of those shield extenders, reducing the shields considerably.

That is unless the suit he was using has better shields than a normal ck.0. I noted that he was using a RR, ARR and Magsec, so yeah, it's an officer suit. But would he still be able to get 600HP with only two complex shield extenders?
