I'll tell you something about people who disable ratings and comments,
they are unsure of their content, or are completely sure that it will not be what their fans want to see.
If you're not making content you're sure of, then why do it? Why purposefully create something which you know people won't like?
Also they are not open to take any kind of criticism and are building a barrier around their video so high that they're even keeping feedback, positivity and praise out!
Where have these fallacious, seemingly unsubstantiated, slanderous accusations come from? Underage children, what is he on about? Any context to this, what on earth is this person on.
And he's not a child either that's another sad thing about it.
If you feel as though his comments fall within the legal boundaries of harassment, threatening behaviour, slander, libel etc then seek legal advice.
I am NOT going to watch his video but I advise you to seek counsel, let a legal representative watch the video (or moreover, listen to it) then bring the hammer down!
I say this without knowing if it's an over-reaction to what he has said, sensitivity to mean things being said, from what I know though, he is definitely one capable of annoying people and definitely likes to attack people.
I do want to have an objective opinion about this but that would mean watching my first ever KTB video.
There you have it people my first sensible post, you would be astounded at how I really am, (seeing as this is just a video game and they don't often call for maturity) but this seems to not pertain to video games all that much.

One thing that could help, do you make money from Youtube? It doesn't matter if it's a penny, you could argue that his accusations, as of course they defame you, also defame you professionally and directly hinder you from making money, that will be a very good trick up your sleeve.
As for recording your voice, you do not have a leg to stand on, he didn't stick a microphone through your window, you were not in a personal space per se, but a cyber-space, and were allowing your voice to be heard by whomever could have recorded it. If it does not fall under any wire tap laws and he did not unlawfully access an audio recording of your voice or unlawfully create an audio recording of your voice then I wouldn't waste your time pursuing that avenue.

I just read/watched a small portion of an ongoing beef between 2 warframe youtubers and thought to myself how silly such niche microcosm is. Then here I come to my beloved DUST forums and see the same horseshxt. Sax you really dunked yourself in the **** to even be bothered by that, man. His videos get a maximum of 20 views and like someone mentioned earlier, nobody would have even known had you not dragged that small mess over here. KTB is the cancer of the dust youtube community.
Instead of trying to help build an audience fpr this game, he starts unnecessary flame war 10 minute vids with anyone who disagrees with his points of view.
I started watching dust vids daily when I started, and when I filtered the '' dust 514 " YT search daily to search for new vids, I would always see KTB flooding the page with random raw matches.
In his prime, he could sh*t 25 raw matches a day ! 
I remember casually saying that a charged sniper rifle's shot on the head could kill a sentinel, as he got killed in the video.
What do I find the next day in the morning ?

I find it genuinely quite odd that people take video games out of game seriously enough to get into little feuds.... sure I get taking in game seriously if you like to be competitive but the whole exchanging Youtube comments is just a little silly.

it depends on the state in the US concerning audio recordings, some states have what are called a 1 party consent meaning that if you were in a conversation with the guy recording then he is in legal bounds to record you but you cannot record a conversation as a 3rd party who is not part of that conversation that you are recording and try to use that recording/eavesdrop against those who you were not engaged in conversation with. there are no states that allow a 3rd party recording but there are several that allow a 1 party recording as long as that 1 party consent is engaged in the conversation being recorded
other states have a 2 party consent rule meaning if you are part of that conversation you are not allowed to record it without both parties consenting. this is more of an evidence in court issue i know some about this because i was forced to record at work due to harrassment. it's kinda off topic but somewhat relevant maybe.
yea but anyway this audio recording stuff has gone way past the lines of harassment. that guys got some serious issue and i was just thinking he was a mega troll that wasnt really taking himself seriously this whole time but now its obvious he is really messed up in the head to take gaming this far to record you as some sort of strategy.
