I don't think he's saying that people should only run the racial gun/shield/armor/movement mod combinations, I think he's saying that seeing people run sub-optimal (in his opinion) fits grinds his gears. Though I've gotta say I know at least a few of those combos work well in certain situations. Something is killing new player retention.

I had the idea of a module that can be placed on a basic suit or vehicle to allow for weapons to bring increased power. Nerf the weapons and then have bonuses for racial or suit type appropriate weapons. Then when using off race or type weapons you have to mount the mod to bring them up to snuff. They still won't be as powerful as the appropriate suit or vehicle bonus though. Otherwise, a cap on things like logi repping. The lag will continue even on PC too because the game functionality is coming from their server. CCP logic GÇô We fix what doesn't need breaking.
