If i wanted to file a ticket praising your work ethic, professionalism and respect of the community in hopes of getting you a raise and reassignment to eve:fps, do i file it through dust or eve's ticket system?
Congressional staffers are more intelligent than the people I find on these forums.

Those are not even 3 weeks old
JK, one is a Community ticket which is not really my area, the other one is, well, my fault. 6 days old, that's not ideal but it can happen unfortunately
Anyway, you should check on them again.

Thank you, I'm flattered! These days it's probably better to go through the new, EVE ticket system. To be honest, I think I'm only doing what any true customer support agent is - or should be - doing, and trying to assist the player-base. I do appreciate the thought though, and thank you both again for your kind words!
